I took my 2019 Genesis G80 in to check for issues related... I took my 2019 Genesis G80 in to check for issues related to both my radio and the starter. First, I was received with pleasantries from Donnie. He offered me a free car rental as well. Throughout the day, I was kept apprised about my vehicle. All service personnel are extremely polite. Jack my service attendant was great. Very clear about... Jack my service attendant was great. Very clear about what work was being done and why and also what the next tune up would entail. Very polite and helpful. Prompt and delivered on time. His co-workers were also incredibly nice. I would have waited at the dealership but the waiting room isn't very nice and also it was cold out. Thats my only criticism.

Everything went smoothly despite the service guys being... Everything went smoothly despite the service guys being really busy. Friendly, finished when they said they would, and didnt try to upsell any unnecessary services. I think it was jack (or jeff?) that helped me - very good customer service.
