The customer lounge, however, is a disappointment - - - the dealership advertises 'free WiFi' but the WiFi is restricted to smartphones which meant I could not connect my laptop.

Missed my initial appointment time and called to see if I... Missed my initial appointment time and called to see if I could still bring my car in that day. I was met with great customer service from Vanessa and she told me that it was no problem and to bring my car in as soon as I could and they would still work on it same day. Not only did I have no issues getting the service done it was done quickly and great quality! My car floated off the lot!

Knowing that the service was going to take 3-4 hours that... Knowing that the service was going to take 3-4 hours that was quoted by another dealer in the valley, and I hate driving over the hill, I went on line to make an appointment with South Bay Hyundai which went very easy. As I enter the dealership there were several vehicles in line for service I figured there goes my day.
