When I showed up in person around 11 am as I couldn’t... When I showed up in person around 11 am as I couldn’t reach a person by phone, manager Donnie Ellis was very willing to help me with an emergency oil change and battery check. The 2012 Elantra was not starting. The engine would turn but not latch. He explained that there was a backup but if I came at 2 pm, he could do oil change and battery check. We bought a $90k car from them and it was like pulling... We bought a $90k car from them and it was like pulling teeth. Very disorganized, back and forth to dealership, forgetting to give us documents, car was empty on fuel and dirty when we picked it up too. Dan Martinez, however, was very helpful. We loved Dan, but it was sad to see management sitting around blaming their problems on him. Better leadership up top will make this a better dealership! Great cars, not the best customer service.
