Always friendly and knowledgeable Jack Kim has always taken care of me when I've needed service for my genesis coupe. I bought the car brand new from a local Hyundai dealership, but after some less than pleasant experiences when taking my car there for service or warranty work, I decided to see what other dealerships were in the area and found the South Bay location. It is about a 30 minute drive - about 15 minutes longer than a trip to the first dealership - but it was the best decision I have made in regards to car service... read more
Great service Always friendly and efficient. Great place to get your car serviced. I usually wait for my car and there is coffee and water and popcorn. One downside, the furniture in waiting area is super uncomfortable. The few times I needed a rent a car I was picked up by enterprise and on my way!
Finally a great experience with new car purchase!! Sheik was a pleasure to work with. Great positive personality. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends. We are very happy with our new Hyundai Tucson!
Exceptional Experience We had an exceptional experience. Quick, professional and top notch service was provided. Upon delivery of our new vehicle, Paul made sure we were fully comfortable driving off the lot in our new vehicle. The Genesis customer service was equivalent to Infinity if not better.
