I had a broken part on a used car that I purchased from I had a broken part on a used car that I purchased from the dealership 4 years ago that became out of warranty during that time. The cost of the part would have cost more than the KKB book value. The service department got the Hyundia Corp. to send an adjuster to make an evaluation for the part, and then offered to pay for the replacement part if I paid for labor.
