2005 Tucson Recall Service I scheduled my service for the recall on line which was super easy and convenient. As I came in to the service center to address the recall on my 2005 Tucson, Rodger promptly met me outside as I drove up. He was able to take care of me within minutes and ordered me a shuttle to take me into work. My car needed a few other services as well so we addressed it at that point. Great Service Jack Kim was excellent. He was informative, considerate and efficient. The Mechanic identifies potential issues and corrected in a reasonable time. Really loved my service this time. even though it cost me 1300. I paid with a smile.
Recall Service It was recall service of my Santa Fe 2019. I had arrived at an appointment time, 07 am, Dec. 06 but office did not open and waited. Anyway, your service team provided good service to me and I satisfied.
2019 sonata The entire transaction was very pleasant from the sales person to finance. I would defeniatly do it again in the future and would recommend them Southbay Hyundai to my friends and family. Negotiations were very smooth and no games.
Kudos to Christian Proctor and South Bay Hyundai The experience was great. Dealt with Christian Proctor who was above board, informative, attentive and definitely worked with us. The same can be said for the finance part.. In summary, this was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. Hyundai should be very proud of the South Bay dealership.
Fantastic! Jermaine Johnson was my sales man. He did an awesome job. He got me my dream car that I wanted at reasonable payments that I can handle. He took care of all of my needs and answered all of my questions and concerns. Jermaine Johnson was exceptional. He is the best! Also Thank you Cedric Butler for the Genesis gifts for my Mom and I.
