Courteous, Efficient Service I arrived at my pre-appointment time (12:00 pm). My service care person (Kathy) wrote up my service request for the recall on my 2019 Santa Fe. She then Informed me that because of the heavy service work log it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hrs for my car service.
