Service The service on my Elantra GT was great as always. Jack s a real asset for the service dept! Couldn't be happier with the way my car is taken care of.
Jack Kim provides excellent service. Jack Kim and the Service Team Management are fantastic to work with and schedule through. Every visit has been efficient and through. The communication is excellent.
Highly recommend These guys were helpful and took the time to help me make the best decision for my new car needs. Selection was plentiful. My only regret is I couldn't make room in my budget for the Palisade! Maybe the next one and I definitely head back to SB Hyundai.
Awesome! The staff was awesome! Took my car right away and told me when it would be done, in fact it was done about 20 minutes earlier. Great service from the young lady who assisted me the whole way through.
Good experience As in the past, it was a pleasant experience dealing with service dept. Kathy was courteous and helpful. I did have trouble connecting to service when I tried to call regarding status of my car. It took 5 phone calls to actually speak with someone.....voice mail was full. By then I was frustrated. The one thing I really miss is the car wash at Hyundai. I received a voucher to go across the street but that would have taken time. Exceptional Service! I purchased a "pre owned" vehicle From South Bay Hyundai and signed an "as is" document as part of the sale. I drove the car off the lot and drove home. On the drive home a needs service light popped up on the dashboard. The next day I took the vehicle to my mechanic and was told the vehicle was in fact in need of service. It takes too long to buy/lease a car I really don't like the process of buying or leasing a new car. It takes way too long. 4 hours of my afternoon were shot in a process that should have taken half that time or less. And this was after I came in on an earlier date to test drive & have already decided on the car I was going to get, which took 2 hours as well, again way too long. Part of the problem: 1.
