Genesis Lease South Bay Hyundai were very respectful of our needs. They put up with my husband and I after many visits and let us test drive at least six cars before we made our decision, We think we made a fair deal after a short bargaining period. The finance department explained all the of the details very well.

grt service always got oil change and info on the problem i was experiencing with sound being off and making high squeak noise at startup and acceleration sometimes.
Prompt, courteous service, as always Since I don't put a lot of mileage on my car, I take it in every six months for service and to see what need to b done Had a lube, oil, and filter change, with a recommendation that the A/C system be serviced. Also recommended new tires, which was no surprise since the tires had been on the car for seven and one-half years. And of course, had the multi-point inspection. Appreciate the on-going courtesy, competence and professionalism of South Bay Hyundai staff!
fixed even with a schedule problem I called and scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks forward and it was put into the books for one week forward. When I got the email I realized it and emailed back. It was rescheduled and I got my service quickly and cheerfully when I needed it. Car is happy, I am happy.
Another Awesome Experience As usual my var.was taken care of quickly and efficiently. My service guy Donnie Ellis is AWESOME!!!!!!. I'll keep coming back. Thanks for all you do.
