clock spring replacement I called and set an appointment to get the clock spring in the steering wheel replaced on my elantra and Jack in the service dpt. was an excellent representative! He laid out all the details/work that might be required for repair. Very concise, and no time wasted. It's the kind of service I was expecting. 5/5 stars.

First Time Visit This was my first visit to South Bay Hyundai, and the first service for my Hyundai Ioniq plug-in. Jack Kim was so nice! He explained necessary services based on my vehicle mileage. Who knew synthetic oil was best for this car! Jack also arranges for Lyft to take me to a nearby shopping center while my car was serviced. What a perk! He also set the range to alert me for the next oil change. WOW. Awesome customer service, friendly and knowledgeable!!!!

Great customer service. Andrew was a fantastic guy and helped me through every step of the process seamlessly. He was energetic, caring, and put his time and focus directly into whatever you were saying or asking. The process after the paperwork was put in was typical dealership speed, and it took a long time to get into financing. However, luckily the paperwork only took about 20 min or so. Pleasant Experience Overall This was my first time ever buying a car and everyone I encountered at SB Hyundai was friendly and helpful. They didn't push anything on me and it was overall, much less stressful than another dealership I had gone to. My only suggestion is that the actual interest FEE (not just the percentage) should be listed in the breakdown of taxes and fees they show you before you decide to make a purchase.
