First service Service guy was friendly and helpful. I waited for the car(3hours) but that was expected. It was very convenient and he gave me a voucher for a car wash, which I used. I am not affiliated with this dealership.

An excellent service experience. My service writer, unfortunately I cannot remember his name, did an good job of keeping me informed, delivering my vehicle back to me within the estimated time frame and arranging transportation for me when it was clear that the service appointment was going to be longer than anticipated. All the sales staff was very helpful. We were there for long time and test drove few cars. Sheikh was very helpful and accommodating the whole time. General Mgr was great too. We left about 9pm as happy customer.
Easy, Pleasant, Professional & NO SURPRISES This is my 7th Hyundai I have purchased. My 5th from South Bay Hyundai. I'm not an easy guy to please or sell. I am a salesman myself so I'm totally guarded. However time after time times 5 these guys are truly straight up. Don't get me wrong I ALWAYS compare and these guys ALWAYS bring it home. Best deals, very best bang for your buck. Work with Christian and Cedric. I'd give 10? if the would let me. Their Service crew is remarkable. You just CAN'T do better.
