customer service I was a previous owner of a Santa Fe and loved it... The entire staff was great i was trading in a Toyota lease and was able to get a better price for turn in than Toyota was willing to give me. I was really please to see that this dealer participated in the Costco program which helped with the purchasing process. Experience at Hyundai South Bay My salesman was Jermaine, he was very professional, knowledgeable and did not pressure me on how much I wanted to spend. I liked that he was my only point of contact with the financial department and explained my options very thoroughly. I wanted a specific color and he searched the system to find it and have it delivered to the dealership and I was very appreciative of that. Jermaine as well as the dealership really exceeded my expectations.
