He seemed to have a knowledge of some vehicles on the lot that might fit my needs. His attitude was friendly, but most refreshing was that he seemed enthusiastic as if he wanted to help me not just make a sale.

Great experience! Great experience! Mo Hallak is a wonderful sales personnel and REALLY showed me the car's capabilities. I loved the car before but I fell IN LOVE with the car after test driving it. Mo and Richard really gave me a great deal; not just on the Ioniq5 but also for trading in my Mazda3 that I couldn't say no. There was no pressure and I'm excited for this new EV journey. My deal was already negotiated in advance of me arriving, My deal was already negotiated in advance of me arriving, when I arrived, they got me in and out in 45 minutes, they had jewel case the vehicle out in front and it was lit beautifully and made the experience feel very special. Coming from Bmw, I thought Hyundai South Bay get a better job with the experience than any BMW dealership I’ve been to.
