Service for Recalls Took my 2011 Sonata to South Bay Hyundai for two safety recalls and emissions computer update. The service was great and the service rep Calvin Jeong was top notch. This is what service should be! Thanks.
Best car buying experience!!! We did some shopping around at other dealerships but all roads lead back to Hiram at South Bay Hyundai. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and was not pushy! I would definitely recommend him if you're in a need of a new vehicle. Hiram = Pleasant sales experience My husband and I were in the market for a vehicle as ours was totaled. Previously we would dread having to look for a car because of the time it takes and the hassling back and forth. However our salesperson Hiram was a joy to work with. He found us a vehicle that we both liked and to top it off he had us out of there within no time. We stopped to grab a bite to eat a realized that this experience was great. Hiram and the rest of the staff did a great job.

Great Experience Our Sales Rep Eric was very nice. However, we wanted to use the USAA quote that we had received. Since he wasn't familiar with it, he brought in Adel (I think) who tried to tell us that you don't work with USAA. Although I had the Costco membership rate, as well, it was important for my loan that it go through USAA. This was frustrating and we ended up leaving without a car and ended up purchasing at another dealership the next day.
Excellent Treatment Solid. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about any parts of my two lease experiences will this dealerships, including service. The are fast, responsive, thorough, prepared, personable, professional, and tech savvy.
Great deal The care technician who took care of me was very friendly and professional.
Very Pleased When I first brought the car in, I thought the person in the front was kind of rude. He kept doing what hes was doing not saying "I be with you in a moment". Finally he spoke. Maybe it was too early in the morning for him. Another lady came in and asked if I wanted something to drink. When I picked upo my car the gentleman was in a better mood. Apologize for not putting a recommendation on the receipt, told me verbally.
