The day of service was excellent. The day of service was excellent. A text follow was given, which was very nice. The rep was going to check on car paint for me and a question/ concern I had on the service regarding the battery that was replaced. The Service Rep said she would “check on it and get back to me.” After three working days there was no response back. The follow up was poor after an excellent initial service experience.
