The wait time was excessive, but the staff was very friendly and informative.
Know that you will have a consultation first - but this was actually nice because I was able to learn more and feel more comfortable for my second appointment. If you're traveling far, see if you can get the consult and appointment same day, but if its close by, definitely do each visit separately :)
