This was the first time I ever tried laser hair removal so I have nothing to compare the experience. However, South Bay Med Spa's office staff and technicians are all highly professional individuals. They are warm and kind and make you feel comfortable from the start. My first round of laser hair removal went smoothly. I was in and out of the office in about 30 minutes. I love this place!
