I called to make an appointment after purchasing a Groupon deal, they told me the first appointment will have to be a consultation because they need to see if I'm a good candidate. The whole process took less than 5 mins but I was waiting there for 10 mins and drove for 20 mins, all of that just to sign some paperwork, which could've been done through email. Purchased an under arm laser treatment where it must be paid in full for all sessions. The session takes less than 10 or 5 minutes. Sessions were fine results were ok. However, not great customer experience. This Spa has a strict 24hr policy where they will not work with you even if you call 22 hours before the appointment you will still lose out on your already paid for session that's takes them less than 5 minutes to complete. We have a 24 hours cancellation however we have waived a couple of no shows for you and explained that going forward that we won’t be able to because we can simply allocate that time someone else. Just wanted to come back here and provide an update. Shortly after I wrote my review on my experience at South Bay med spa and not being happy with my Botox outcome after only receiving 30 units that did absolutely nothing for me, I received a call from Sean the district manager apologizing and offered to remedy the situation and asked that I give them a second chance, he was so kind and understood where I was coming from, I agreed. Updating my review to say that management reached out to me and totally made up for my first experience. They scheduled me for the 2 treatments I was trying to get and were able to quote me with the numbers I was looking for. My appointment went smoothly and my nurse was the sweetest. Yesterday was my first time at South Bay med Spa Whittier. I went in for Botox. It's only a day but I already see results. I sleep on my left side and have a really defined crows feet line. One line that bothers me every time I look in the mirror. It's almost gone in a few hours!!! Thank you Nadine I love my results.

Purchased a few Mother's day Gifts for my wife here they were having a great sale & she absolutely loves it she looks forward to her monthly laser treatments its like therapy to her going here lol im glad that my wife enjoys her time here it was great investment she always brags how wonderful the staff are to her i usually dont ever write reviews very new to this but i can see how happy my wife is going to this place Happy Wife Happy Life Thank you guys
Absolutely love it here The facility is very clean the staff is amazing super friendly and understanding it was my first time walking into a med spa and they walked me through everything helped me with my concerns and explained everything to me I felt like a crazy person asking so many questions but they definitely met my expectations I definitely cannot wait to get more procedures done with them currently doing laser in two different areas and have been getting my Botox with them Cool-sculpting is definitely next I can't wa... read more
