New Service Manager, Roy Tunno, is amazing ... first he moved the manager's office to be more visible to the customer, the service line staff, and to the service bays inside (he has a window right there). In speaking with the staff, they are sharing the improvements he has added, both professionally and personally (he has taken the time to be visible and accessible to them. I have been a long-time customer of this dealer, both for sales and for service, and can tell the difference. 5-Stars
