Overall a pleasant experience. I made an appointment and met with the Internet Sales Director. I took a test drive of a certified pre-owned 2023 ES350 with low mileage and decided that this was the car for me. I let them look at my old Lexus and evaluate it. I think I got a good price for the car (after my trade-in) - it came with 2 years of scheduled maintenance and 4 years of factory warranty. Thanks South County - keep up the good work !

Great service advisor experience. Service took longer than expected while I waited (two hour estimate vs. 2.75 hours) but I understand things happen. Service at this Lexus location has always been great.
