The touch-up paint job for my RX350 was excellent. There were a couple maintenance items I had mentioned when I dropped the car off that weren't addressed. I was also supposed to have rec'd a Car Wash which didn't happen. Other than that, it was a great experience.

It was time for the initial service on my car and to have the Zactec reapplied. My service rep was very helpful and took the time to answer questions I had about some settings and status of the second key arrival time. He showed me the features on the card key I got with the car and now Im using it exclusively. Service portion of the visit was carried out quickly and professionally. My rental car was the UX model and a lot of fun to drive.

Hassan Sarim always guides me and my Lexus through appropriate service maintenance. My car always drives better following routine care. The waiting area is comfortable. I have confidence that the tech who changes the brake fluid, for example, will do a good job.
