Im going to give a 5 star rating for now. However, my next service rating may not be as high for one reason. Ill have to do some research but should it take 3 hours for an oil change, ac and engine filter change and a tire rotation? If my research concludes this is a prudent amount of time, great. But Im thinking 2 hours max is more than enough time. That said, everyone at South County Lexus are great and theyre really nice people.
