Excellent Customer Service by Daven Daven was recommended to me by my sister. I have never had any issues with any technicians at Lexus, but I thought I'd see what all her praise was about. She was right. Daven was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. As a female, getting my car serviced has never been my favorite thing to do but Daven made it very comfortable and I will request him from now on.
