I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE AND MET WITH MY SERVICE CONSULTANT, RGD. LATER IN THE DAY I RECEIVED THE REPORT FROM RGD ON WHAT WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE. I APPROVED THE WORK AND THE NEXT DAY I PICKED UP MY REPAIRED CAR AS PROMISED. FROM START TO FINISH, RGD HANDLED MY CAR REPAIRS IN A PROMPT AND THOROUGH MANNER. I HAD THE USE OF LOANER VEHICLE, HAD SOME GOOD COFFEE FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND RGD AS MY SERVICE REP, SOUTH COUNTY LEXUS DESERVES A FIVE STAR RATING!!!

Went there for a synthetic oil change, tire balance and rotation plus an alignment. Hassan was very helpful thank you very much. I strolled the dealership checking out all the new cars. Very clean, well displayed and great service. I received my car back clean as a whistle in two hours. Not bad, got to relax in the lounge sipping coffee while going through emails. Before I knew it, it was ready to go. Keep up the great job!!

Very smooth transaction. I inquired online and got a response very fast. Mohamed was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Ended up buying the car the same day. Drove from Camarillo all the way down to Mission Viejo. 5/5 will recommend to everyone.
