Good comunication during the service. No charge for loaner car for the day. Made good suggetions about what needed to be done and got our approval. Friendly people at all levels during our visit.
Service advisor was good. Rated 3 and not 5 because of credit card service charge. Would not expect to feel nickled and dimed by a luxury dealership. Fee should be absorbed by the dealership.
