I took my car in for a regular service and they recommended brake service as well. I waited while I had the brakes done. Car was delivered on time and I left. However the brakes were not working properly so I had to go bother next day. My service advisor apologized and got me a loaner car so I would not have to wait. I got the car back at the end of the day and there were no extra charges which was nice. I would usually give a five star rating except this time it took an extra day to fix a prior day repair.

This shop is great. I have had every car service performed here since I purchased the car new in 2017. Everyone I've encountered in the dealership is professional and courteous. My service writer is RGD and he is the best, always provides excellent service, and keeps me informed every step of the way.

Cruz at South County Lexus was wonderful in answering any inquiries I had regarding my vehicle. I've been going to South County Lexus for a couple years now after following the BEST service agent Alex Cruz from a different Lexus location. This location is located near restaurants and a mall but if you want to wait on site they have several nice vending machines, two work desks, and other nice seating options. As far as my personal experience, I know I can always trust Alex's guidance and that he truly cares for the safety of my car and thereby myself and my passengers.
