Great advisor and service department!
This was a routine service (oil and filters changes and tire rotation). The service advisor was very professional and easy to work with. I got a loaner vehicle for the day and was kept apprised of my vehicle status until the work was done. Only downside is what they charge for what they call a "minor service" and clean out of the AC system. I felt it was too high. I will say that if cost is not an issue for you, this is a good place to go.

RGD was AMAZING! He has been my go to guy every visit now! He is truly caring and goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met! I was having issues and was nervous about my car having issues and he actually checked things out himself and talked me through what I was doing wrong. He then said, to make you feel more comfortable, here's my card and if something happens just call my cell and I will help you! A couple weeks later my SERVICE NEEDED came on. Forget the 5 stars he gets 10!!

My service advisor Scott was very informative and helpful. He's very personable as well. They performed the services and suggested additional services that would be expected on my Lexus considering its age and mileage. Also, my extended warranty was nearing its expiration date so they did a full system inspection and identified a few major warranty items that were taken care of to my satisfaction.
