You have the ability to send me an e-mail, text message, and automated voicemail in the same day but when I call in to address a billing issue you do not have a human I can speak with. I have sent messages through your portal with no replies. I have left voicemails and never received a call back. Very poor business practices folks. I love my doctor and her care but simply cannot justify returning next year with this level of customer service.
The NP Rogers asked my husband if he was the sex toy, the boyfriend, or the husband. When I told the doctor of her unprofessional questions and remarks I was told she's just abrasive. No. She is unprofessional and inappropriate. The South Denver obgyn office is a waste of your time.
I have billing issues twice with South Denver. I leave voicemails with whoever the front desk transfers me to, but never hear anything back. I’ve worked with Katie, who has tried her best to help me, but it seems her hands are tied. Our most recent problem was that South Denver billed our HSA too late, then sent the bill to us when it was their fault the HSA denied the claim. I attended South Denver OBGYN during my first pregnancy. Some of the nurses and accounting staff were very nice and helpful. My midwife who helped me deliver my baby (Nancy Acheff) was amazing! She really made me feel at ease and gave me no pressure. However I saw another midwife through most of my pregnancy and I didn’t feel much connection to her, it didn’t seem like she took much interest in me or my pregnancy besides the normal stuff she had to worry about. This office needs help. Dr Vanscriber is great but the staff is nit responsive and does not follow up. I have been trying to get a credit due since September. Calls do not get returned. Office manager doesn't even return calls.
The doctors overlook things that they should not. If my dr would have payed attention she would have diagnosed me with PCOS sooner and not told me that I was too young to have it.
