If I had written this review in August of 2015 it would have been 5 stars. We loved Dr. Payne and had an awesome experience with the birth of our son. We had such a great experience that even though we moved away from the immediate area, my wife and I decided to continue with the practice for the current pregnancy. This time around has not been good. We literally can't get anyone to call us back. We had some testing done in early January that last time around took less than 10 business days to turnaround. I left this practice 31 weeks into my pregnancy due to the errors, horrible communication, disorganization and lack of care. Let me list the myriad of issues weve had... Can't schedule appointments because the office manager hasn't released the schedule 2 weeks out!!! Are you kidding me? Hung up on!!! Lied to! Files not transferred as requested. Oops! I had just moved to the Denver area when I got pregnant with my second daughter and I choose this office because the reviews were great. Unfortunately the only thing great about this office was the appearance, the receptionist are little high school teenagers who didn't seem to take the job very serious as they did not relay messages or input my insurance correctly, I choose Dr.Bergstrom because I wasn't familiar with anyone and he seemed nice but as time went on he was always canceling my apts or having me see other people ... read more
Despite asking twice that they stop using my email address, they have continued to send me emails . They are terrible at filtering their own emails You are doing great at not doing anything
