Very professional out of all the roofers I called they actually came out to my residence and shook hands with me which is very important to me. I decided to choose south edge. During the process everything went smooth and they communicated along the way I highly recommend south edge. If you want professional and speed.
My roof is under warranty, and South Edge Roofing has refused to replace leaking roof boots on my house that they over hammered on the installation 2½ years ago. They do not answer my text messages or my phone calls. They want me to buy the materials to make any repairs on my warrantied roof. At 1 point, Chris told me squirrels chewed my lead roof boots, and that's why they're leaking. I did my research on roofing companies and when I spoke with the owner, Chris, he was transparent, patient and professional. His communication has been excellent and his estimate for a roof replacement is so much better than expected! I have also researched shingles and he uses the best products available! I am so grateful there are great companies like this and it is due to Chris truly giving his best! Thank you!

We got quotes from at least 5 different roofing companies. South edge roofing not only beat the prices, they were transparent with all costs, and worked quickly and efficiently to make sure my roof wad completed in a timely manner. Then, went out of their way to come by and check my new roof to make sure everything was OK when I called frantic the morning after the storm.
