We been here almost 3 years and they have been trash no hot water for 3 weeks then no heater or no ac and they don’t send anyone to fix anything.

WORST apartment complex ever...slum landlord. They never fix anything then will go in and mark work orders completed when no one has even been inside or to apt to even fix anything...first 12 days here didn't have a usable stove/oven no fridge for 3 days
If you want to be robbed from your own porch, have no maintenance at all ( because they fix what they want and makes you put work-orders-in over and over and NEVER get fixed) loud and ghetto neighbors, dog poop everywhere, rude leasing office staff (like if you’re not paying to live there, even though isn’t worthy)... then come to South Pointe Apartments... ohhh and also if you want stuff thrown over your porch...
Please read The apartments sent me a electronic lease that was more than 40 pages. You can’t complete it until you either sign or initial everything whether you agree or disagree. You will pay more than the rent in extra fees. My rents $848 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath, less than 700 sf. Additional money for activities ? Valet trash? And they pretend waters high but thats fake. No waters this high. I work for the water department and have had houses where water was less than $40/mo for 2-2.5 bathrooms. Every office staff group... read more

First off let me start by saying these are the worst apartments to live in. If I could give them no stars I would. They take their time by fixing stuff. I went with air condition for almost 2 months (during the summer). I had to go spend money on a hotel. The front office staff lied and said I cursed them out to corporate. When in reality I didn't. It only gets one star, because I can't give zero!!! This is the worst apartment complex ever!!!! Litterally!!! They never repair anything! No A.C. for 3 months at the beginning of summer. And it is completely unsafe!!! Don't live here!!!
Maintenance sucks here and management don't care... At all.
