The sad thing about this place called South Pointe Apartments are true, everything stated in all the reviews are true. The good reviews come from people that been bribed with a gift card to write a good review. We came to this place back in November of 2016 from California, I dealt with Michael in leasing, I mean he was really a great guy, I trusted him, he told me I was getting one of the better units, that was used as a model, very clean, all fresh paint, fully up graded, no one lived in it. This is another attempt to get a response regarding my A/C. My A/C has been out since last Monday. I've put in two separate work orders. I have called the office twice. I have gone by the office once. I've emailed Robins Property's. I'm not sure what else to do. The decent thing to do would be to at least communicate why it hasn't been fixed and how long should i expect it to be until it is fixed. Maybe then I could make plans for another place to stay while it's being fixed.
