The South Texas Eye Institute is very unprofessional! I have no idea about their capabilities as doctors but I've been concerned that I'm suffering from something like thyroid eye disease and I was recommended to go see a doctor here. I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks ago and had to wait a whole month until July the 9th to be seen. Ridiculous appointment! My husband had an appointment at 10:50 am; at 1:15 pm, we had to request a refund after waiting for over 2 hours and there were still 3 people ahead of him! Lady said they were short staffed, I get it, so DONT schedule so many appointments have people waiting! One poor old lady even laid on the couch she’d been waiting so long!
