Worst place for eyes. Had to wait 5 hrs to be seen then another hr for procedure. Today they messed up and I waited 1 hr before they realize they gave me wrong appointment
Always professional and friendly. They are very knowledgeable. I had my cataracts removed - no problem whatsoever. I have recommended them to my family and friends. Go -see for.yourself!!
I regret the rating because Dr Leon was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, along with her assistant. However, the female tech who initially tested my eyes lacked proper people skills, seeming impatient and rude, especially during the study where they ask you to choose 1 or 2, 3 or 4 etc. For some reason this test intimidates me and I could feel her impatience. It's a shame that although she may be proficient in her skill as a tech, she completely lacks in people skills and requires more training in that perspect... read more
I've been waiting for 1 1/2 hours for my appointment and haven't been called yet. No apologies either...
I went into the office November 9th to collect my previous history. To this date I have not been contacted. I called today and no one knows anything about this. On top of this I was told today that the information could have been scanned while I was there; there was no need to wait until my history was pulled from their warehouse. This is why I am no longer attending this office. I had to cancel one eye appointment with a new doctor because I didn't have my information. No one should receive this terrible experience.

People are friendly and nice. I came for my general eye exam. Only thing I would suggest is improving the wait time.
