I have never felt the need to leave a negative review, but my experience with your practice's PA was subpar and upsetting. I am not a judgmental, picky, or over-sensitive person, I have a pretty harmless personality and demeanor, but I left this office wanting to cry. My appointment was for a mild acne skin concern. Exceptional staff and Dr. Rivera is the best! 5 🌟
Has to be the best dermatologist in state! Everthing went smoothly from the initial appointment all the way up to surgery. Dr. Rivera and his staff are second to none and I would gladly recommend them to anyone with any dermatologic needs. Amber and the rest of the staff treated me like I was more than just a patient from day one, I have never experienced such kindness and professionalism in a Dr's office. Even got a call the next day to check up on me! Will definitely be back in the future!
Excellent customer service!! Excellent Doctor!! My schedule kept changing therefore, requiring me to reschedule several appointments but Shannon was so patient, kind and professional with me and literally went out of her way to help. I've never experienced such friendly, personable, professional services from any other Doctors office!
