We had a blowout on our RV in Arizona, we called other shops and wanted use to prepay with our card before they would even send someone out. We called Souther Tire Mart and they dispatched Julio and he was there within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. We had one blowout but decided to replace the front tires also, he replaced them and on the way within an hour. Julio was our angel on the road!!

Customer service is alive and well at Southern tire Mart! Pat was referred to me to get my flat fixed. Took care of it and I was on my way. A few days later I noticed I was having an issue, called Pat he said come on in let’s check it out. He checked it out, had to give me a new tire, due to an issue on their part without question he changed out the tire. That just doesn’t happen anymore. Shout out to Mrs crystal and the couple of guys in the shop that have helped tremendously with not only my tires but getting my moms tire taken care of also!!!! Yal are the best and I will definitely come see yal for all our tire needs!!!!
