RecommendedWe had a blowout on our RV in Arizona, we called other shops and wanted use to prepay with our card before they would even send someone out. We called Souther Tire Mart and they dispatched Julio and he was there within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. We had one blowout but decided to replace the front tires also, he replaced them and on the way within an hour. Julio was our angel on the road!!

RecommendedCustomer service is alive and well at Southern tire Mart! Pat was referred to me to get my flat fixed. Took care of it and I was on my way. A few days later I noticed I was having an issue, called Pat he said come on in let’s check it out. He checked it out, had to give me a new tire, due to an issue on their part without question he changed out the tire. That just doesn’t happen anymore. Thank you Pat for your integrity, I am a customer for life!! Ckydette

RecommendedI cannot thank STM in laurel, Ms enough. I’m 2 hours from home hauling horses and realized something was wrong with my truck tires. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road as quick as possible. They were incredibly busy and everyone was so nice and helpful. I’m so thankful for Kyle and the other gentleman (didn’t get his name) that helped me today. Even Frankie enjoyed his visit.

RecommendedThe people at Southern Tire Mart went above and beyond for me. I had 2 flats on my passenger side and went to them to get them put on. They noticed that one of my rims were bent (I had hit a curb) and helped me find a replacement, which wasn't easy because I own a Hyundai but it has Nissan rims, and since I bought it like that, I had no idea what kind they were.
