David’s communication with us during our home purchase process was amazing! He answered our emails and calls promptly, he kept us informed on what the next steps would be, and he even worked hard by telling us ways to improve our credit score before closing to get us the best possible rate !! He was friendly with a great personality!!

David helped me refinance my home in June 2019 I needed to get cash to pay some bills and he delivered. In July, 2020 I asked him if he could get me a lower interest rate ( I've been receiving literature about refinancing for a lower interest a program for Veterans). Guess what? I have a mortgage of 2.5 % as of yesterday.

David is second to none. Due to the Builder not finishing the house on time and the coronavirus pandemic. I was nervous about not being able to close at all. David work endlessly to get me this house. He called/emailed me with updates almost daily. He was extremely pleasant to work with and has a great personality. David started working with me about 4 months ago when my credit wasn’t in the best place and flat out told me everything I needed to do and In less than two and a half months got my credit score where I needed to qualify to buy my first home for my family! And on top of all his amazing work he got our mortgage payment under what I had originally felt comfortable with and made everything super affordable! Buying a home is a new and can be a scary process then you add trying to do that during a pandemic and things get slightly more complicated. While we never actually met, David was readily available by email, text and calls which was helpful and comforting when we had questions or concerns. The process turned out to be less painful than expected and then numbers were exactly what David informed us about. Thank you for walking us through this new and exciting part of our life!
