They explained what they were doing, what they planned on accomplishing. They took time to find the septic tank, dig up the soil on top of the septic tank. Our clients used Monaca to help secure a home loan. Honestly, I am left speechless. The buyers were applying for an FHA loan with grant money. I received automated underwriting results that showed the loan was approved. However, that approval means very little. A licensed underwriter could easily change the decision with a small tweak. Maddy was AWESOME! This was my wife's first home purchase and Maddy made the process so smooth.
