Two 11 weeks old puppies ... lots of questions and counsel needed. In addition, we wanted peace of mind for the newest little members of our family. Thanks to the caring staff and excellent attention to detail from Dr. Susan we left with all our questions answered and very encouraged about the days, weeks and months ahead.
Wecan't speak highly enough of the team at Southlake Crossing. From Leslie who answered the phone first thing in the morning and listened to all of our dogs' symptoms and called back with information from Dr. Valdivia as quick as she could, to Dr. V. for seeing the dogs right away and not only making them feel better, but putting us at ease with the situation. And then Dr. Boeving for taking...
We really like Dr. Cox. Been seeing him for 14 years. He's kind, and realistic with our pets--he treats them like pets. I have recommended SCAC many times, and will continue to do so, as long as Dr. Cox is there.
We always have a good experience at Southlake Crossing. They're office is very pleasant and professional. I arrived early but didn't have to wait more than a minute or two. The staff is great with the animals, very gentle and compassionate.
