Our cat gets shaved twice a year, while the cut was average I was told out cat was a little angry. When it came to shaving her front legs & paws. There was an additional $10.00 charge because she was angry. I did not feel the charge was valid without contacting me. They did take off the additional charge because they did not consult me first. I found my dogs recent trip to the SCAC groomer to be most satisfactory from a price, quality, and reliability standpoint. I ill not hesitate utilizing this group again.

The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Boving is so calm and gentle that she had no problem handling my cat Sadie. What a surprise.
I love how everyone is so caring about my kitties!! I know that they are in good hands and they are cared for! This is an amazing facility witha wonderful staff!!

Great caring people, you can't find a better more caring office staff and Vets than the team here.. They treat your pets like people, just wish my PCP took this much time with me or my family when we visit! LOL
