SO GREAT SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! (I did drive in with no idea of what to do and no one helped at all until I walked up to people to ask but thats alright I guess Im just giving 5 stars and hopefully someone gets money)
Great service and fast. Service advisor was very polite and kept me informed how things were going.

The service representative (I forget his name) was very good. Though it did seem odd that even with a 7:30 am appointment it took 2 hours to do a basic check of the car.
Finally had a resolution to a problem identified in July 2022. Service took longer than I expected, car was kept overnight. The next day, it wasn't ready by 4pm and suddenly ready at 5pm - right in the middle of rush hour. Ugghh!
We are very pleased with the service provided by Southpoint Honda. Gerald is prompt & thorough, keeping us up to date & providing advice.
It was very easy to get an appointment. All was very efficient and thorough. Joe was especially helpful and informative.
