I've always had 5-star experiences with Honda Service Dept. I appreciate your Techs and Advisors. I have my 5/29 visit a 4-star rating because of my text communication with Honda Service. In brief, I requested my appointment with my Service Advisor, Charlie Melella. My appointment with Charlie was confirmed, but when I arrived, it was his off day. Demorio Speed was very kind and patient, helped explain things well.
My experience was great. Demorio was great. I sat for a few minutes. Longer than I should have when others were very close by with no customers. Demorio saw I hadn't been waited on and came over with a very apologetic demeanor and got right down to what I needed. He made sure they figured out why my car was making a funny noise. I had a great experience and I'm always thankful for everyone who I come across when I enter the building.
