We had an amazing experience at Southpoint Honda. I test drove a used Odyssey in the morning and came back later in the day to finish the deal. I was pleased with the service and the staff in the service department. The work was completed in the amount of time that was communicated to me. The text message update system worked well. The only minor quibble was the fact that I wasn't told at a previous service engagement the thickness of my brake pads which would have helped me better prioritize service requirements for my car.
