As always, Joe Defrancesco carefully explained the services needed to be performed and why. He also was fully responsive to problems that I brought to his attention. I regard Joe as the best of the service managers.

As of now, my family has purchased 7 vehicles from Crown/Southpoint Honda. We use the same salesperson, Walter Sturdivant, and the same service advisor, Charlie Mellela. They are outstanding individuals who care about their customer and it shows through their customer service. I highly recommend them to everyone.
I was able to push my appointment later because I'd overslept, and I appreciated that. The person I dealt with was knowledgeable, personable and friendly. At the end of my appointment, my car was run through the wash. It could not have been a more pleasant appointment. However, when I got home I realized that my radio had not been hooked back up and does not work. I am going to have to go back to the dealer to get that taken care of.
