Everything was quick and well done. Mr. Rutledge did a great job of helping me understand the maintenance needed without being pushy. I enjoyed the pleasant waiting area with the coffee machine.
The scheduling was easy and service communication was exceptional.

They were great! I was in from out of town when my van door wouldn't close because it had a faulty pincher sensor. They fixed it all up with 12 hours.

The person had to keep telling other customers than someone would be with them in a minute instead of focusing on talking to me. In fact while I was speaking to the team member a customer came up and said he had a call at 830am so he needed to be checked in, I felt invisible. Also I asked for all of my wiper blades to be replaced. Only the front ones were replaced.
