The Sales Person, Ms. Charlena Davenport, was excellent, professional, and courteous.
It was fine. They did the warranty work as they said they would would only did the right axle and not the left. I'm hearing a little noise from the left but the car does have $150,000 miles on it so there you go. They did the usual attempt to upsell or they tell you you need a bunch of stuff you don't really need. In this case tires brakes and alignment. You can look at the tires and see there's another 20,000 miles on them. No cups or uneven wear. I've had to check brakes check twice in the past 6 months and everyone says t... read more
