Excellent service. Don was great, kept us updated with progress. They quickly identified our problem and did the work in one day at a very reasonable cost. Friendly shuttle drivers. Great care (provided carfax and washed the car). Would highly recommend.

The end result is acceptable for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The 3-hours wait time on a scheduled maintenance that should take an hour at most was not. We choose to have this Dealer service the car as this is where we purchased it. This is a 45-minute drive each way just to have it serviced when we could go 10 minutes down the road to a qualified serviced department and have the same work performed. At the very least we should be in and out with a scheduled appointment.
The service person Don was very knowledgeable friendly, Service was performed in a reasonable period of time. I'm a happy camper.
