My recent service at Southpoint Honda was very focused and efficient. The service agent was most pleasant and helpful. He answered all of my questions with good knowledge and reflected his experience as a Honda employee. The wait time was reasonable, and the wait was comfortable. I received excellent service for my 2019 Honda Accord. Thanks to Honda for the new location.

My Honda CRV Hybrid unfortunately did not come with a service manual, and although I was told the car would tell me when service is needed and what is needed, the car does not. The absolutely wonderful person who serviced my car gave me a booklet that outlines what is needed and when. I strongly wish that Honda provided this simple booklet for everyone! Since they do not, I genuinely thank the wonderful person who gave it to me. Service was also rapid and complete. Five stars.
