Everything went smoothly; I didn't have to wait too long while my car was getting an oil change and inspection. I am very happy with Charlie Mellela, my advisor. My family has been coming to Crown/Southpoint Honda for 22 years and have purchased 5 Hondas from them.
I always take my HR-V in for maintenance and they do a good job with prompt service.
SO GREAT SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! (I did drive in with no idea of what to do and no one helped at all until I walked up to people to ask but thats alright I guess Im just giving 5 stars and hopefully someone gets money)

The service representative (I forget his name) was very good. Though it did seem odd that even with a 7:30 am appointment it took 2 hours to do a basic check of the car.
Finally had a resolution to a problem identified in July 2022. Service took longer than I expected, car was kept overnight. The next day, it wasn't ready by 4pm and suddenly ready at 5pm - right in the middle of rush hour. Ugghh!
